NHTSA Requires that inspection results be collected. After completing the necessary inspections (see instructions and videos below), you are required to submit the Recall Inspection Form located at the bottom of this page.

Upon receipt of the Recall Notice dated March 15, 2020, Freedman Seating Company and FMS Seating is requesting you provide notification of this Safety Recall of the subject seat to your Dealer and Customer/Owner.
